   A National College for Digital Skills will be created, providing vocational courses in digital technology for 5,000 students over five years. It will work with private sector companies such as IBM, Deloitte and Bank of America.

   Zoals een reaguurder op de BBC website schrijft:

   What's the point of teaching and training more scientists when most science based jobs are poorly funded, temporary, or for companies owned by foreign investors? Mr Cameron is talking about generating more computer programmers and nothing to do with science at all. And as it's in cahoots with the private sector it'll fund things for their vested interest, not research the public will benefit from.
